I am digitalizing all my books with a document-scanner. After the scanning they take usually quite a bit of storage. so
I try to use the acrobat XI function "optimize document". That cuts the seize in half.
There are several optioin-possilitiies (optimization-options and filter-options). I have been trying around with them, but
still have not found the optimum. Sometimes, the cover looks too blurry, even, when I chose the high-quality-option.
I wonder, what options professionals use for optimizing pdf-books. Can anybody recommend his options?
