Editing drop down choices

I have a form that is already created in PDF. I need to edit the choices in a few of the drop down boxes. When I go into the edit mode, it will not allow me to change the choices. I have Adobe pro DC on a PC.

What do you see, then? Are you in form edit mode? Did you right-click the field and then select Properties? If so, it should be under the Options tab.
