Education version registered but did not receive a serial number

Hi,

We just tried to activate our Student version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. We filled out the respective online form and attached a .jpg of the student ID card.

In order to activate the product we need a serial number which we did not receiev so far.

How long does it take to receive it?

If you have a subscription there is not and never will be a serial number. If you have an outright purchase you may have a serial number.

If you have a subscription be sure you downloaded the "Continuous" not the "Classic" download.
