embedding a youtube video

Hi cant seem to find a solution on here, on how to embed/link a Youtube video to a PDF.

i've followed all the correct practices,however i cant get it to work. i keep getting the error "no media file has been specified" when i have copied the link from youtube.

i have tried each way from youtube the url, the embed link etc. all of which get the same error msg.

i have even tried changing the youtube file to a SWF- which did work however it ask the recipients of the pdf to download a flash file. ( i must state, not 100% how did this..and i have added .mov to the end of the URL and it avoids the error msg but wont connect with youtube, just get a buffering screen.

was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

You must use the URL of a video. On a media server. Youtube URLs are web pages not videos. Youtube is a full service video player, but NOT a media server.
