Empty html returned from form submission containing "saved from url=(0014)"

I have a form submitting html to a script on a website. This collects the data and does not output at all. But the form opens a tmp file on the user computer which contains only the line....

<!-- saved from url=(0014)about:internet -->

This is causing a tmp file to open in a browser on the user computer which I wish to suppress.

Any ideas?
