error 213:10 when starting Acrobat X from different user profile

I had installed Acrobat X Standard for several months. Now we switched from local to domain users but I can only start Acrobat from the local windows user profile. When I try to start Acrobat from the domain user profile I get a license error

Error:213:10

I already tried without success:

* reboot, unregister, uninstall, reinstall

* removed user profile from windows

* user has admin rights
