After Adobe "help" chat basically told me they won't help and to go elsewhere AND exhausting all community suggestions that I tried. I had a weird idea that worked.
After removing Adobe and removing every Adobe related file I could find...I reinstalled....AGAIN...but this time I told it to load as the TRIAL version which installed and asked if I had a code, I put it in and....NO ERROR! Everything worked as it did before the code first showed up. Of course I lost preferences but the programs work again.
