I am using acrobat 9 pro and made the entire process to crate a form and When I distribute the form finally in online

, when I want to send a mail to contributors, I got error Message Like that  "acrobat could not create your work space on server.please try again"

When contact (Your case number: 0218749637)  ,can't help  for that (Reason : old verson)

Do you have rights to create the necessary folder on the server?

Is your old version of Acrobat compatible with your OS?
