Error: Acrotray has stopped working

I keep getting Acro Tray has stopped working. I just installed on windows 10 so is this a known issue with Windows 10?

Could you please let us know the Adobe application you using.

Did you try uninstalling and re-installing the application?

If not, try Acrobat cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  to remove Adobe application and restart the system.

Then re-install application from the link provided here:
