Error Adobe Acrobat DC on win10

I have problem to install DC on win 10.

Error : access violation at address 0000000. Read of address 0000000

anyone can help me to solve this problem? TQ

Hi fazilahb33510821,

Use cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs to completly remove the traces of Acroabt DC and restart your system.

Then try installing it from here: Download Adobe Acrobat products | Standard, Pro | DC, XI, X and check if this resolves the issue.

Let me know if issue still persists.
