Error: Adobe Acrobat is not actived. PDF-File can not created.

When i will create a PDF im word with the Acrobat PDFMaker. Error: Adobe Acrobat is not actived. PDF-File can not created. After this messange i can't use adobe acrobat. i must repair the program. then I can work until the error returns. this happens about once every 2 weeks.

Acrobat 10 is not compatible with Windows 10.

Could you please let us know the operating system installed on your machine?

What is the dot version of Acrobat installed on the machine?

What is the version of MS Office installed on the machine?

Try to perform the steps given here: Error "Adobe PDF creation cannot continue because Acrobat is not activated" | Adobe Acrobat .

Thanks for the Feedback.

OS is Windows 10 Pro. Adobe Acrobat Version 10.1.16. And MS Office is 2010.
