Error message when installing drivers?

New Here ,
Jan 17, 2016 Jan 17, 2016

I have gotten this same "System extension cannot be used" error message, and I think it is connected to my inability to select double-sided printing from the print menu.  How do I reinstall this file?  Screen shot 2016-01-17 at 6.39.57 PM.png

Hi nachoh44325434,

Please re-install your Printer drivers. If you are experiencing any issue with it please consult your Printer manufacturer support team, they will help you to get it fixed.

Regards,
Aadesh

So, what did the Printer Manufacturer support team have to say about this?

It's not a Canon issue, it's an Adobe issue.  I am able to print double sided in other programs, but the option is greyed out when I try to print PDF's.

Well, if you prefer to see it as an Adobe issue that's fine, but I think talking to the Printer Driver people may be worth a shot. (No, I don't work for Adobe). It's their module that isn't loading.
