I have a bookmark that is 75 pages. Is there a way to expand this bookmark to be 75 individual sub bookmarks under the parent?

A bookmark only points to a single page. Do you mean all of the pages from that bookmark to the next one (or to the end of the document)? How would you like to name those sub-bookmarks? To do it would require a custom-made script, by the way.
