Export PDF to E-mail not attachment.

Hi,

I´ve got this huge problem, took me all of yesterday trying to solve, in the end I gave up so now I am asking you.

I have created a newsletter. The newsletter I created is now a good looking PDF-file.
I want to send it to clients by e-mail, not as an attachment to the e-mail. I want my pdf to be exported so I can place it directly onto to mail, How can I do it?

Best wishes
Philip

Sending a PDF by email means to send an attachment. I guess you want the email to appear in the body of the email. Some users will see it that way whatever you do, most won't and can't. Nothing you can control.

If you are using an Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, then you can sent through "Send & Track" option not Attach to email. (in the send & track option there's a two option to choose, do it any one of it and sent it).

Thanks

Will never happen unless all the people who make email apps get together and agree to do it. Which they won't. Emailing PDF at all is oroblematic and best avoided. Put it on a web site and send a nice HTML formatted mail. Remember many people reject HTML Mail.

Hi Philip,

You can export the pdf to word and copy the contents you want to send in the email.

If you are using an Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, follow the steps below:

1. Launch Acrobat and open the pdf file

2. Go to Export PDF App -> Microsoft Word -> Word Document

3. Click Export

4. Copy the contents from the word file

5. Paste the same in the email body

Please let us know if this is what is desired.

Regards,

Girija
