Up until our last update to Acrobat DC (15.006.30243) we had no issues converting a particular automated PDF to Excel format. Since the update some of the data is lost in the export. I did test and find that when exporting to Word, all the data is there, but the data that is missing in the Excel file is treated as the header and footer data on the Word doc. This has been tested on 3 separate machines by 3 different people and it's consistently missing the same data after export.
Tips/Help?
Thank you

I'm sorry. The data in the file is something I can't share.
More details though... It was working yesterday for some reason. Me and the user with the original issue were able to successfully convert a file that had not converted correctly before. Now, today, it's not working again. Same as before where it's just missing some of the lines of data.
I'll see if I can get a version of the file that doesn't have any sensitive data in it.
