extend features in reader

Can someone please supply a definitive list of the features made available by the "Extend Features In Reader" when saving from from Acrobat Pro ?

along with a short description.

Here's a list of usage rights that get applied with Acrobat when you select the menu item you mentioned:

FormFillInAndSave, FormAddDelete, SubmitStandalone, Signing, AnnotModify, AnnotImportExport

Note that Reader 11 and DC can do more without usage rights applied, template spawning for example.
