“extended rights permission” is needed

I send PDF documents to a client. He now has a system that stores them automatically . But it does not wrk with my PDF's because he needs : “extended rights permission”

How can a solve this problem?

Your client is most likely using Adobe Reader. Which version/platform/OS? Some PDF operations in Reader require that the PDF is Reader-extended. If your PDFs are not Reader-extended then they cannot be processed in Reader. The latest Reader XI and DC versions relaxed some of the permissions, so what was not possible in earlier Reader versions is possible in the latest versions but that only if PDFs are not Reader-extended.
