Hi caroleem85475882

Would like to inform you that Acrobat 7 is not compatible with Windows 10.

It may or may not work properly.

You can try installing it from this link: Download Adobe Acrobat 7 and Adobe Creative Suite 2 products

Meenakshi

Hi caroleem85475882

Could you please let us know what happens when you try to use the Fill & sign option.

Do you get any error message when you select that tool?

Try once "Repair Installation" under Help menu and check if it works or not.

Let us know the Adobe application you are using and its dot version.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Could you please let us know the Adobe application and it's dot version you are using.

Are you experiencing this issue with all the PDF forms?

I only use the fill and sign form so I don’t know if it applies to other stuff.

Did you find anything out? It also won’t let me print anything with the update. I can print documents that someone else sent me that they created.

I un-installed the Adobe on my computer and am trying to re-install.  It tells me that the serial # is invalid.

Can you help with this?

Hi caroleem85475882

It seems that you have entered the wrong serial number.

Please check you serial number on your Adobe account here: Sign in - Adobe ID

Make sure you use the same Adobe ID under which you have purchased the Acrobat application. Once you signed-in, choose Plans & Products > View all > Products > View your products.

Please do not share your serial number and Adobe ID on forum or on any other social platform as it can be used by others.

Regards,

Meenakshi

This is what comes up when I go to the sign in link you provided and it won’t let me change the name.

I logged into my account and found 2 serial #’s. One for Adobe Acrobat Pro and one for Adobe Acrobat. I tried using both of them and neither one of them work.

What now?

The only choice to download in the link you provided is for X XI. 7.0 isn’t listed. How do we download this older version?
