Windows 10 did an automatic update and now the fill & sign doesn't work on the PDF forms. Do you know how to fix this?
Would like to inform you that Acrobat 7 is not compatible with Windows 10.
It may or may not work properly.
You can try installing it from this link: Download Adobe Acrobat 7 and Adobe Creative Suite 2 products

It seems that you have entered the wrong serial number.
Please check you serial number on your Adobe account here: Sign in - Adobe ID
Make sure you use the same Adobe ID under which you have purchased the Acrobat application. Once you signed-in, choose Plans & Products > View all > Products > View your products.
Please do not share your serial number and Adobe ID on forum or on any other social platform as it can be used by others.

I logged into my account and found 2 serial #’s. One for Adobe Acrobat Pro and one for Adobe Acrobat. I tried using both of them and neither one of them work.
What now?
