Fill & Sign text moves on close

New Here ,

I've never had this problem before with Fill & Sign.

In Fill & Sign, I place the text perfectly within the row of entry boxes. But when I close Fill & Sign, and return to Document view, the text length has stretched, making it lose synch with the entry boxes.

Is there some feature about the document that causes this, or some feature with Fill & Sign that can freeze the text placement?

Is there another thread dealing with this someone could direct me to?

Julie

1. Acrobat Pro DC 2015 release Version 2015.017..20053

2. OS: Win 10 Pro (Anniversary update) 64 bit

3. This got me thinking. I haven't filled any forms since the recent Win 10 Anniversary update - there were no problems before that. Now when I look back at other PDF forms, and re-edit them, they are showing the same problem. I've tried four PDFs and they all exhibit the same issue. It is most noticeable on the box-row type field, but applies to the text entry fields as well, except it doesn't matter there.

The effect is to stretch the text out on closing the F&S tool. If I intentionally make the length smaller, it could be made to fit on closing, but that's tedious for a long row of boxes. I suppose you'd say the kerning changes on closing.

(sorry, not up to videoing the effect)

Tried a few more things, but it appears I now have to fill out forms in hard copy.

I am using a 4K monitor btw.
