When I opened a pdf form, click on Fill & Sign, the pdf form disappeared from my computer screen.

This is primarily a User 2 User site, not the Adobe customer service department with paid staff. You need to be patient and in most cteh ases wait fro an reply.

What product and version are you using:

What is the device you are using?

Make sure you have applied all updates to your product.
