Find where to deactivate and reactivate XI pro

Adobe DC pro seems to have commandeered the choice to buy there updated version and now my XI pro won't except my serial number. I have tried to find where to deactivate and reactivate but with no luck. ??? and no support that I can find to CHAT to ask ???? All support option seem to send me to self help witch has not helped

To deactivate Acrobat ,you can simply navigate to help>deactivate.

What error do you get after typing in the serial number?

Hi sukritd,

First error is “The serial number you have entered has been revoked. This product cannot be licenced. Please contact support”

I have tried all sorts.

I started with contact support, it took me to the support page, choose product or closest there to.

Then choosing the closest there to again of the activation idea as I read that may be the case.

I had to uninstall and reinstall program whilst offline otherwise the DC buy now window keeps hijacking program and won’t let me open it to get the help to choose deactivate like I had read to do, but when I managed to get to open it to get the help button there is no deactivation chose.

So I have then got onto my Adobe ID page to look at my resisted programs and nothing there, so I used the check serial number link and it tells me that it is invalid.

History of use, is as it has said I can install on two PCs and they were both uninstalled before a PC update where I had Adobe XI pro successfully installed and using on my now new third PC using the same serial number as from the beginning.

Your blue link in the mail just take me back to the same start for the support “choose the question” type thing and the same as before the blue link “need more Help” just takes me back the same start of the support page with no “chat live” or “email” ability.

I would add an LOL but I am getting real frustrated so consider the LOL as retracted you just jet it in lower chase lol.

Please need help
