Finding formatted text and creating bookmarks

New Here ,
Aug 15, 2016 Aug 15, 2016

Hi,

I saved a Microsoft Access report as a PDF file. I created the report so that the each page contains one Heading that is a certain font size. In Acrobat, I want to be able to search all instances of that font size, capture the text and create a bookmark. There will be 55 of these instances and I don't want to have to go through and manually create a bookmark for each one.

Is there a way I can use the Action Wizard or some other tool to accomplish this?

Thanks,

Siegfried

It can be done using a script, but it's very tricky. I've developed a tool that does pretty much that. You can find it here:
