Acrobat automatically detected and created all my fields, they show up on the right side-bar, properly titled and everything. However - they don't show up on the actual page. I am dying trying to figure out what is going on. Please help! Thanks in advance!

Have you set the "Preferences" for your copy of Acrobat to Highlight the form fields?

Have you set the "Border" property for the form fields to be a solid color that contrast with the background color of the PDF?

If you open the form in the 'Prepare form" tool do you see the form fields on the pages?
