forms that will not print

I have 2 forms that will not print, it will try, but I get an error that says "The document could not be printed" I hit ok ( only option) then it says there were no pages selected to print. Using windows 8.1

Hi seprock,

Try the following: open Adobe Acrobat/Reader navigate to Edit menu -> Preferences

• under Documents, change 'View documents in PDF/A mode' to Never
• under Security (Enhanced), disable Protected Mode at startup

Click OK to confirm the changes.

Relaunch Acrobat/Reader, now try to print the PDF file.

No I am sorry, this did not work. I am also getting this error on some forms

I must add, that the form I get this error from, does print, but I get this error. My issues are 2 fold

• I have 2 specific forms that will not print I get the error that states "The document could not be printed" I hit ok ( only option) then it says there were no pages selected to print
• I have 2 other forms that will print, but I get the above error after it prints

Hi Seprock,

For the first error the solution provided in my previous comment.

And, for the second comment you will have to contact the PDF creator as it seems there might be some issue with the PDF form.
