OK...couldn't find the exact category, but here we go...My company's website allows people to custom design their own ice hockey goalie equipment online and when you finalize the customization, it opens in a new online tab allowing you to save the design as a PDF. I use Adobe Acrobat DC on both my Windows 10 laptop and my Windows 10 tablet. It works fine on my laptop bu on my tablet I get the following error message: FPDF error: Can't open image file: saved_images/56d0721102afb-pads.png. What do I need to change in settings to make this work?

FPDF doesn't run on your computer, and isn't part of Acrobat or Reader. It runs on web servers to make PDF files. I speculate that when you connect to the web site, using a tablet, the web site tries to do something different, and it goes wrong. You need to report this to the programmers who maintain your company's web site.
