Full Acrobat DC version no longer available after Creative Cloud reinstall.

I had an issue with Creative Cloud and I had to reinstall it on 3 of our servers (all Windows Server 2012 R2), now on 2 of the servers I no longer have option for the full version of Acrobat DC, only the trial version. We do not have DC serial number as we obtained DC from the free update as we had Adobe Acrobat pro and Creative Suite installed. How can I get the full version of DC back on these servers?

Many Thanks.

Interesting... I was not aware that Cloud programs would even install on a server

I think you're going to have to contact Adobe for this

I spoke to Adobe support twice and they pointed me here. We have not had any issues previously with this set up, might just have to re-install Acrobat Pro and then creative cloud from scratch and go through the hoops although its slightly frustrating that that they cant give me answer seeing it seems like a basic product activation issue.

Moving this discussion to the Installing, Updating, & Subscribing to Acrobat forum.

Adobe14503805 do you have a current membership to the Creative Cloud or a single app membership for Document Cloud?  From your post you described having Creative Suite and Acrobat 11 Professional.  Is it possible you choose to evaluate the trial for Acrobat DC?

I would recommend reviewing Reinstall the previous version removed by Acrobat trial which discusses how to reinstall Acrobat XI Professional.
