getting an error message in adobe DC "the acrobat dc pdf browser plugin is missing please reinstall adobe dc" i have reinstalled DC and it did not fix the issue. Any ideas?

Could you please let me know the exact version of acrobat you are using and also the OS version of your system?

If you have windows OS , please try running this cleaner tool : Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Restart the system and install acrobat from this link : https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

Let us know if this resolves your issue.

Hello the user is using Adobe DC this error only happens in IE 11 when then user tries to open a web PDF, it works fine in Chrome
