I am attempting to compare two versions of a document using the Compare option in Acrobat Pro DC, V2015.006.30174.
I get the message "Acrobat could not compare the documents completely. Do you want to see the report anyway?"
The two documents have different numbers of pages and several other differences I know about. However, the report claims "no differences":
No differences were found between documents.
New Document:

What is breaking the compare?
