Getting serial number

I purchased an adobe acrobat pro dc card for download. I did not want a free version. I am trying to get a serial number but all lines with drop box arrows have nothing when arrow checked. The lines are blank and wont let me manually fill them out. Then it wont submit.

If you have purchased it from adobe site and have an Adobe ID you can verify your serial number from this link : Find your Adobe product serial number quickly by logging in with your adobe ID.

Also you can download acrobat DC in your system from this link : Download and install Acrobat DC subscription
