Having issues removing security in batch in Acrobat Pro DC

I'm trying to remove security from a bunch of files in batch in Acrobat Pro DC. I created an action, selected "encrypt," hit "specify settings," and set the security method to "none." When I run the action it says it completed, but then I view the full report and it shows that it succeeded for each file but then says "Command Status: Skipped" and when I open the files they are still secured. Any idea how I can get this working correctly? Thanks!

So I have to go through a wizard to contact support, then at the end it tells me my only option is to post to the forum. So I go to the forum where I see a link that says "chat with support." Wonderful, that should be helpful. I click that link and it brings me back to the wizard. So I post to the forum and a day later have no response. Solid support system you guys have here, I'm glad I went with the free trial option and didn't pay for this!

Thanks for the reply! This did work, but not in the way that I needed it to unfortunately. I have a whole bunch of folders that each have subfolders, so while I'm able to use the action and have it output files, it outputs the files all to one folder, which doesn't work for me (plus it ends up skipping files that have the same names).
