Hello, How do I deactivate and transfer my Adobe Acrobat XI Standard for Windows English program from my old laptop to my new laptop? Purchased the program in Nov 2012. Thanks!

you need your serial number and the installation files (linked below).
if you don't have your serial number you can recover it from your current installation:
windows: http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html
mac: https://mac-product-key-finder.com/
if you see an activation count error when installing on your new computer, you'll need to deactivate (help>deactivate) on your old computer before uninstalling acroabat on your old computer.

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages. They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3. If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

Hi ,
You could simply navigate to help>Deactivate.
Then install Acrobat on the new machine and license it the same as it was done in the previous machine.
