Try with the steps mentioned in the Help docs like Repairing Visual C++ packagaes, repairing .Net framerwork if it is Windows 7. Just incase , if you still face same issue , we might need to proceed with advanced steps,
Error 1935 is an MSI installer error , you can try installing from Built in Hidden Admin account once or via Selective Startup method to check if there is any conflict with Windows services. , For this specific error if it didn't get resolved with basic steps, we might need to provide permissions to folders under Windows Registry. Instead it is Ideal to try with Bulit in Hidden Admin account once.
