Hi heychef96161,
Could you please tell what application you are trying to print from (Acrobat/Reader/Web Browser) ?
Is this happening with a specific file or with all the files?
Are you able to print from MS Word/Notepad ?
Could you please elaborate on "How printing as image doesn't allow you to print" ?
Thank You!
Shivam

Hello Shivam,
I am using Adobe Acobat reader
During the trouble shoot, it was mentioned to go under advance in printing screen and click on “Print as Image”, however, it does not give me the option.
Then when printing this appears
Its say no pages were selected but it shows image I wish to print in the preview screen??
This is happening to all PDF Adobe Acrobat Readers doc. When wanting to print
I have printed for MS word and other files
Thank you so much!

Hi ,
Could you please post a screenshot of the Advance section of the Print ?
Also please perform below mention step to fix the issue:
1 -Try to update reader to the latest ,for that , open Reader>Help>check for updates. If there are updates , install the updates and then try to print.
2-If updating doesn't work , try to change the View mode settings , for that , open Reader>hover mouse on Edit>Preferences>Documents>PDF/A View Mode>Never.
Below is the screenshot :
3- If changing View mode doesn't work , try to disable Protected mode at startup-in the same window , Under Security(Enhanced)>Uncheck the box which says "Enable Protected mode at startup. Then try to print and see if its printing.
4- If that doesn't work , Try to delete the preference folder, First close Acrobat. press Windows + r key on your keyboard , it will bring up Run dialogue box , type %APPDATA%\Adobe\Acrobat\ and hit enter .right click on DC or 11.0 and choose Delete. Then Start Acrobat and try to Print.
5 -Try to run repair , for that open Acrobat>Help>Repair Installation.
Let us know about the results.
Thank You!
Shivam
