There's no such command in Acrobat JS. Maybe it's the name of a menu item or a function someone wrote.

As noted there is no search and replace in Acrobat Standard and not for Reader. Acrobat Professional has a redaction tool that find, remove, and add cover text which might work but it is not intended as a find and replace tool.
