I'm using a PC and this is my first time using Adobe Acrobat. I am editing a PDF document and in the Comment menu, I would like to highlight text, but when I do it, I can't see the text and only see the color of the highlight. Is there a way to change the opacity of the highlight in order to see the text behind? Thank you.

Yes. Select the comment and press Ctrl+E to open the Properties Bar. There

you'll see the opacity option, as well as some others.
