Help figuring out a PDF solution

We have developed a pdf document that includes form fields and various calculation fields.  Currently we fill out the information for our customers on our PC and send them a flattened PDF for their records.  Is there a way that we can have the customer fill out the pdf online for themselves with the same form fields and calculations working, and have the system email them a flattened copy of what they filled out.   I spoke to someone a few months back and I was under the impression there is a server side solution that could handle this.  Anyone got any ideas.   Thanks in advance.

It won't involve Adobe software, but yes, it's possible. The client will have to submit the form data (or the full PDF) back to you, and then you would flatten it on the server and send it back to them.
