I have been working with fillable PDFs for about a year now and at my company we have found that these forms, as they are having data inputted into them and staying within the same fillable pdf file it is adding more and more data until they cannot be sent through email because of the file size being too large. (sometimes up to 6mb!)
My question is if anyone has ever encountered this, and if you have, what have you taken as a remediation?
Here is how it goes:
1. They get a fillable form (3mb)
2. Fill it out on their iPads using PDF Expert 5
3. Send it by email and reset the form (so they are still using the same form over and over and over and..)
If anyone could be of any assistance, please let me know!
