Help! Shared Review Problems with SharePoint

New Here ,
Jul 28, 2016 Jul 28, 2016

Hi. I have Adobe Acrobat DC and SharePoint 2013. I need to send shared reviews using those two things. I have done this a thousand times before but since DC came out and SP was "upgraded" it's all messed up.  I have a library waiting to receive the review documents on SP; but when I try to send them through the tool "Send for Shared Comments" I'm told "The file destination provided is not valid."  I can't see anymore how to provide what they are asking for as I used to do in Acrobat 9. Does anyone know what to do? By the way, when I look in Preferences, "Shared Review and Form Data Collection" is set to "MySharePoint Workspace (send as link).

I believe the problem is that SharePoint 2013 has deprecated the Workspaces functionality.  Here's info from their Help system:

Document Workspace

Reason for change

Workaround (if applicable)

Applies to

When you create a site, the Document Workspace site template is not available.

This scenario of collaborating on a document is already covered by the Team Site template.

The Document Workspace site template is no longer available as a site option.

SharePoint Foundation 2013, SharePoint Server 2013, SharePoint Online 2013

I have set  up a Team Site, though, and when I point Acrobat to the path, it finds NO workspaces, nothing that I can direct Acrobat to use for the SharePoint-based review distribution.

Does anyone in Acrobat's Tech Support have a workaround???

Thanks,

Rene
