Help to automate webpage text data to fill PDF form automatically

Let me try and explain this the best I can. I'm in real estate. I use the standard contract from the Texas Real Estate Commission on a daily basis.

I want to be able to AUTOMATE this contract form in Acrobat Pro. Need to be able to pull all needed data from an MLS page like the one below and automatically populate form fields in the PDF.

I realize that I can copy and paste each line from the webpage to the PDF but want to do this in one step instead of 10-15 steps.

Hopefully this can at least get me going on a solution.

I would appreciate any help.
