Hi Folks I have a PDF Form with fill in capabilities - the fields have just turned dark grey making it illegible - I can enter data but when I move to the next field the previous field turns gray again - prints ok but fields ara illegible on screen in fornt of clents - how do I clear the fields of this grey?

It sounds like you have field highlighting turned on and you've configured an unfortunate highlight color. To change the field highlight color or turn off field highlighting, select: Edit > Preferences > Forms > Highlight Color

Deselect the "Show border color for fields" to turn it off (oddly enough). Note that this is a user preference, not some property of the form, so you may want to inform your users about this.
