Hiding actions in action wizard

Hi,

In version 11, Adobe Acrobat displays all of the actions for some reason under the "Process and label files."  Is there a way to hide these so the user does not accidentally click on an action out of sequence instead of hitting start?  This causes confusion for users who think they can skip to step they want in the sequence without realizing every step is important.
