ho do i resize a scanned document

i scanned in a document form and setup up all the fields but i need it to print the document to a size of 4x6. it currently prints at about 3x5.   can anyone tell me how to re size i cannot figure it out

You don't need to resize it. Just print it and use the Fit option in the Print dialog.
