Host_SingleInstance Pop up- Not installing trial

Hi,

I am trying to download the Acrobat Pro DC free trial to see if it is something I would like to use. But when I open the exe file, it doesn't run to completion. A host window pops up that says "Host_SingleInstance" with only an OK button to select. Once OK is clicked nothing happens and the program is not installed. Has anyone else had issues with this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Please try running the cleaner tool "Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs" on your machine to remove all traces of Acrobat .

Then, restart your machine and install the latest version of Acrobat from here:

If issue still persist please check with different user account.
