How can I download Acrobat Pro?

I purchased Acrobat Pro from Dell with my new computer.  When I downloaded the installation package, I ended up with the free version, not the Pro version on my computer.  Everything is registered, but I cannot seem to find the right download, even from the Adobe website.  How can I download Acrobat Pro?

Contact Dell. They must provide you with the right installer, and you'll also need a serial number.
