Hi, everyone. I work for a large format printing company. I am running into issues when running a file through our preflight software that was exported out of InDesign as an Interactive PDF.

I do not have access to the native InDesign file otherwise I would just re-export as a print PDF. My question is: is there any way to omit the interactive content from a PDF in order to run it through my preflight software/profile?

I've seen suggestions of flattening the file to omit this. Unfortunately I need to keep vector elements intact for color matching purposes. Please let me know if you have any suggestions or need any other information regarding this.

Thanks in advance!

Jenny
