How can I prevent people to save the filled data

I created a PDF form in Adobe Pro XI and now I would like to set up this form in a way that people should not be able to save the data filled in. Meaning, they just would have available the template on their machines but clean, without any information after they send what they filled in before.

Can I do it? How?

Thank you for you help!

Just adding that the people that will fill it in use Adobe Reader.

You can add a command that will reset it before it is being saved, but that might interfere with the data being submitted back to you.

You can also add a reset command whenever the file is opened.
