So I redacted a paragraph from a document so how do I remove the blank space where the paragraph was so I can save the new pdf

That's not what redaction is for or how it is used. Redaction processes typically leave a space or mark to SHOW something was removed. PDF documents are much more like photos than they are like Word documents.

The responses did not answer my question. I already redacted what I wanted removed from the document. I would like to now remove the 4-5 blank rows on the document so you don't see them. Thanks

You cannot remove the space that was left by the redaction operation - unless you are willing to move every single element in the PDF file that is below the location where you redacted information. There is no automatic way to do that. As indicated by TSN, that is why you usually replace information that gets redacted with something that indicates why you have a big gap in your document.
