Hi mauds89738353

Please try to unmark option "show online storage when saving files" as well under Edit menu>Preferences>General.

Click OK to save settings and check if it works or not.

Please unmark the box for "Show online storage when opening files" under Help menu>Preferences> General.

Click OK to save settings and check if you are able to save files after that.

Hi mauds89738353

Sorry for the typo above, it is under Edit menu > Preferences > General.

Could you please let us know what you mean by "Could not OK it".

Did you get the same blank "Save as" window after unmarking the box?

Regards,

Meenakshi
