how do I activate 2D-barcode functionality, saving form with extended reader rights

Hello,

I created a form including a dynamic QR-code, encoded out of the individual data putting into the form. I would like to send this form via Adobe Reader , so I have to activate the 2D-barcode functionality in the extended reader rights. How do I do this? Do I need an additional licence/product for doing this? I'm using the newest version of Adobe Acrobat DC.

‌I believe this is available only in the enterprise product LiveCycle Reader Extensions. Or by buying each user Acrobat, which works out cheaper if thrre are only a few hundred.
