A Creative Cloud subscription can be used on two computers, with a retail or upgrade license.

If you want more computers you MUST do one of the following:

(a) stop using on one computer

(b) switch to volume licensing

(c) buy a new subscription with (most important) a different Adobe ID.

You CANNOT add more machines to an existing license with the same Adobe ID. It will take your money but it won't work.

Oh, ok. Just do the same thing as you did on the first computer.

Well, what did you do on that first computer? Just do it again, or is there a reason you can’t?

Sorry but if the installation on the first computer was a long time ago and I don't remember any more how I did it, how do you do it?

By the way, there is something call good manners and it seems that this is missing here.

Much appreciated if you could really help.

Thank you

I asked what you did because there are different licensing models, and different products. As you told us nothing about that we can only tell you to do the same. Sonce you are forgetful...

What product or products do you subscribe to? Is it a retail, company or education subscription? Tell us what you can, maybe we can help. Or not, depends if we feel like it. Perhaps you mistake us for Adobe staff.
